Honestly the aesthetic is so different from the other city levels it doesn't really count to me as one. The level design is tight, there's a ton of shortcuts, managing your Boost bar is an actual concern, the flow and pacing of the level is damn near perfect, it looks gorgeous, the music is FANTASTIC, the setpieces are there, it's top-notch Boost level design all around. I don't mean my favorite (but it's a close second after Jungle Joyride Day), I think it is outright the best.
